Christmas Fayre

So Went to the christmas fayre at St Mary's school in Burton Latimer on friday night. Was a bit last minute, as did not know would be attending until Wednesday night, so was a bit frantic and a very late night on Thursday night ( 4am to be exact!) But was well worth it. The event was a great success, sold loads of cupcakes and got some really nice comments from people, which is always nice.
Will let you all know which events I will be attending in 2011 soon!

Up and Running!

So at long last and after many a late night, cupcakes by kerry's website is up and running! Hurray! Never would have happened without my very patient husband who has had to explain all this web based stuff to me at great length as I did not have a clue about writing a blog, let alone setting up my own website! (however has been paid in cupcakes which he didn't seem to be complaining about!)
It's taken some time, but hopefully it is worth it!
Friday as you will have known was children in need, and so my work hosted a cake sale! I made some cupcakes for the occassion and the reaction from people was amazing! So many people had such nice things to say about my cupcakes, which made staying up till 1am well worth it! Plus we raised a lot of money for a great cause, so all in all a great success!
